Pop rivets, cut it back 1 inch and bend it. Rivit two places each side.

The cheaper ones are 3/16" acrylic (plexiglas) the more expensive ones are 1/4" polycarbonite -lexan, spend the extra money, you will not regret it.

this place near the villages in ocala fl, the last time i was there could get cc precedent windshields that have the seal at the bottom like the ez go rxv has, num is 352 364 0050

To stop the rattles and squeaks, I glue them on.

Squeeze some of that into the channel the windshield fits into in the plastic clips, then stick it on the windshield and pop it on the cart. Don't go overboard or it will run out the bottom.

If your clips are old they lose their grip on the frame strut and rattle around. You can bolt those on or get strips of 3/16" weatherstrip foam from the hardware store and stick them inside the clip. Tightens it up and stops the rattle.
