That’s fast for the year of cart.the last solenoid is direct 36 volt the only thing I can think of is one of the resistors isn’t correct.Wrong resistance it should in reverse drive in the first speed there’s 4 speeds even at 18 volts.Can post a picture of the solenoids and coils?
