High Speed Gear Install With Pic's
Just got my 6.1 HS gears for my 01 carryall 2 running a Kawasaki 20 HP CCW ENG. and a CW rotation trans axle 17.1 rev. and 12.1 forward.
I'm running in reverse to go forward, stupid CW rotation trans axle.  After HS 6.1 gears are install should see 11.1 running in reverse to go forward and 6.1 running in forward to go reverse. Here's some disassembly pic's from today. I'll post more pic's of the gear install later on.  |

Pic of New ring gear installed,old gear laying next to it.
Make sure to clean bolts with brake clean then applie red loctite to treads also theres an algnment dowl pin in the old ring gear, knock it out with a punch and reinstall it back into the new gear. Gear went on and off by hand.  |
