First off check your battery pack voltage if it is above 36, check it when you try to go and watch it carefully....... what is the lowest voltage you see?

If it is not above 36v to start with stop all operation until it is or risk ruining the speed control on this cart.

Scotty , sorry didn't get voltage yesterday ,but here in Virginia it rained all day. checked voltage on pack had 36.5 when pushed petal went to 26.5. held both wheels could hold no problem. pushed pedal more and motor quit running flipped run to maintenance back to run and was able to repeat same ?

I'm sure Scotty will chime in soon, but it sounds to me like you have some bad batteries. First off 36.5 is like completely dead. Second 26.5 is to much drop. Charge the pack and recheck.

You are darn lucky the DCS control did not burn up trying to run on low voltage. Be more careful about this danger in the future. Stock DCS controls will fry on low voltage.
