Default Re: Chargers not lasting

Do your chargers have a thermostatic fan on them? Mine does and I make sure it has good airflow since it can be 90 degrees ambient in my garage when I am charging. I charge at 17 amps so I don't think you need a smaller charger. I don't know where to get one like mine anymore. Nick at Hybrid Auto Center sourced mine back in 2016. He died unfortunately and HAC does not seem to be in the golf cart battery business any longer.
