Default 2001 Club Car DS - No Tow Switch?

Just purchased a home that came with a 2001 Club Car DS.

The cart won’t start, as it hasn’t been run or charged in about a year. I am trying to locate the Tow/Run switch, but it is no where to be found! Is this possible? If so, do I just charge with it in park?

Series cart...No tow/run switch...What is the voltage of each battery...The charger won't click on if the pack voltage is too low which it probably is if it hasn't been charged in a year...

Check the water level, too; they're likely low.

Thank you!

I disconnected the batteries, cleaned them all, and began charging with a 4.5amp 6/12v on 6V setting. I’ve also filled with distilled water (two were REALLY) dry.

Battery 1 - 7.5v
Battery 2 - 5v
Battery 3-4 - 3.5v
Battery 5 - 0v
Battery 6 - 1v

Of note, battery 5 and 6 were the ones bone dry. The maintainer type charger just gives me errors when I attempted to charge 5 and 6... any other ideas before just forking over $2k for new batteries? Maybe trying off a jump pack type thing?

My guess is those batteries are toast. I'd check around on batteries as well; $2K sounds about twice what they should cost!
