Default New Batts.

Remind me, what kind of conditioning should I do for new batts. Just bought 4-12v for our Precedent. I've heard so many different opinions...I guess it depends if it's a golf course cart or a occasional cruiser. Any help much appreciated. Thanks.

It takes at least 10-15 charging cycles and sometimes more before the batteries will come up to their potential.
Always charge your batteries after as little as 15 minutes of pedal time.
Check your batteries at least once a month and only use distilled water to fill.
Here is a user's guide from Trojan that should help: http://www.ezgo.com/personal/leisure/freedom_rxv.html

I screwed up. I posted some irrelevant bs from EZGO. It should have been from Trojan Battery.
Here's the right one: http://www.trojanbattery.com/pdf/UsersGuide_English.pdf

Best advice is to recharge after any use, keep them clean, all connections to the proper torque, and filled with distilled water.
