Thank you Scot. Trailer tows beautiful. Going to grind some of the surface rust and touch it up before winter. Got home and started to put the Warner Actuator on. Model D12-21B5-12. It's suppose to have a slip clutch in it. Before I put it on I tested it and it about tore my wrist off. Is there an adjustment on the cutch to set the clutch tension?

No adjustments that I'm aware of.

Thanks for the beers and taking the time to chat Scot. I'm sure all will go well at the DMV tomorrow. I'll let you know if there are any hiccups. I'm sure we'll be seeing more of each other with the toys. I joined so I can get feedback on the wagon. Will be posting in the everything else section.

Dummy me. I bought a 1500# actuator and thought I could hand hold it with a screwdriver to test the clutch. Bench tested fine and installed it. Will send pics later after I get the seat belts in.

Been a lil busy with other stuff.. Will work on it this weekend. Something we pulled of at work last week. Enjoy.

Wanted to use my Buggie but it was gas and we couldn't bring it in the building. Had to use a Gator insted.

Ok, got the new 1500# actuator and seat belts installed. Going to have to wrap it up this weekend.
