Re: EZGO Workhorse Project
Thank you Scot. Trailer tows beautiful. Going to grind some of the surface rust and touch it up before winter. Got home and started to put the Warner Actuator on. Model D12-21B5-12. It's suppose to have a slip clutch in it. Before I put it on I tested it and it about tore my wrist off. Is there an adjustment on the cutch to set the clutch tension?

Re: EZGO Workhorse Project
Thanks for the beers and taking the time to chat Scot. I'm sure all will go well at the DMV tomorrow. I'll let you know if there are any hiccups. I'm sure we'll be seeing more of each other with the toys. I joined so I can get feedback on the wagon. Will be posting in the everything else section.

Re: EZGO Workhorse Project
Dummy me. I bought a 1500# actuator and thought I could hand hold it with a screwdriver to test the clutch. Bench tested fine and installed it. Will send pics later after I get the seat belts in.
