Re: EZGO Workhorse Project
Got the body back today. Trial fitted the pieces and noticed 2 little GD specks in the hood.
Overall it looks great. Got the new rear fenders for a txt. They're going to need a little trimming to make them fit right but I'll get it. Garage is trashed from a shelving project and needs a **** good cleaning. Hate working in that mess. |

Re: EZGO Workhorse Project
Got all the wiring done this weekend plus seat mounting. Harnesses had to be made to come up front to the cowl. Starting on Cargo box tomorrow. Got all the Maple wood machined to 1".

Re: EZGO Workhorse Project
I'm taking pictures of the box as I build it and will post soon. Switch is a spdt therefore up is up on the box. Down reverses current and the box goes down. Screw actuator is ordered and should be here this week. The roll bar assembly which is being built out of stainless and the box which is out of 1" maple will weight about 96 lbs. The sub frame for the box is some 8020 aluminum that got bolted on top of the frame. I built a cnc router a few years ago and will engrave the box.
