Default G16 Spark Plug Suggestion

Hi all.

I recently purchased a 1998 G16a and was wondering-the standard spark plug is a "hot" plug, I would think due to the fact that a golf cart normally starts and stops running frequently and at relatively tame RPM's. I've tightened the governor nut all the way and use it to cruise for a min. of 15min. at a time. Should I go to a colder plug? There seems to be some debate as to whether or not an Iridium plug is available-is it? Is it better?
