Default 06 Precedent wont run

My 06 Precedent will not run. Batteries show 48V but when acc. pedal is pressed batteries bleed down to below 20 volts. I have a volt meter on cart.
Cart will only move an inch or two. Batteries were fully charged but cart had to left outside during the winter.

Batteries, batteries, batteries...... Batteries need to be charged. If they don't charge to almost 51 volts, then new batteries are in order.

48 volts is all but dead.... Where (state?) and for how long were they left outside? Batteries will self discharge and batteries with low voltage will freeze.... Look them over are they swollen or split? Check that fluid level is above all plates then try charging them to see where they end up at.... Most likely this treatment of leaving outside not plugged into a charge just cost you a new set of batteries....
