Default 48 volt plum quick bandit

All of the sudden I go from 27MPH to 12MPH all wires and batteries check out ok, any idea what could be wrong?

If You are running any Controller, like the stock, that uses the speed sensor, any failure of the speed sensor puts the cart in limp mode.

The stock controller cuts the power to 50%, which is about 8 mph on stock tires.

You are probably running bigger tires than stock or the bandit can rev higher using the same power.

Either way, the speed sensor is the most likely cause for the 1/2 speed difference.

We need more details of what you want from and to here to help you better. Did it ever work or did the problem happen with the motor change?

Dont buy a cheap sensor. They don't work long.
