Seals have no affect on compression.
That is rings, piston, and head gasket. |

Well when I pulled the head, the piston had a little scoring but nothing too major and the rings seemed to be ok. The issue seemed to be with the head itself. The head bolts were basically finger right and the gasket was completely blown apart which likely was my compression issue. I ordered a gasket set today so hopefully this finally solves the issue.
