1986 gas ezgo will not start

1986 ezgo will not start has fire and gas to the carb. cleaned carb twice still nothin. changed fuel pump and undone exhaust pipe where it bolts to the muffler has gas coming out there when trying to crank it. Im lost need help here.

Maybe bad diaphragm in duel pump letting fuel into crankcase . Just a thought

i have changed fuel pump doing the same with both

UPDATE!!!! changed fuel pump,carb,unhooked exhaust getting fire and gas plug is wet. sprayed carb cleaner around crank seal. rpm did not change nor did it try to start. help string over carb opening and it would suck the string inside carb.
STILL WILL NOT START

Do a compression test. 120 psi is great. 100 is acceptable.

What kind of carb cleaner? Many are non flammable. The test wouldn't work.

I think I found the problem I used about half can of wd40 on crankshaft seal
And it started to hit like it was trying to run
