Call your local Club Car dealer. They have all the details.

I have a 2002 DS Club Car. I recently purchased this locker and like it very much. Cart is almost unstoppable. Traction is so strong that when you try to turn with too much gas the cart wants to go straight. This is not bad but something to get used too. Best purchased i made for my cart. I was wondering though if anyone else has this locker. I do notice that there is a slight clicking noise or rattle that sounds like its coming from the differential. Is this normal. I only hear it when i'm off the gas pedal going slow or on the side of a hill. I can also hear it when starting to move going very slow. Any ideas?

Lockers do make a clicking noise.

Thanks for your response. I thought that may be the case except it didn't start to make the noise until 3rd time out when i ran through a few mud puddles. Thought maybe water or something had started the issue.

By the way, what is the small valve on top of the gear housing for? I'm wondering why there's a opening which may allow water into the differential.

I have wondered about the opening on top of my Carryall rear end? Open as well, is it to have a breather hose on it? That would make more sense to me?
I was wondering if this new to me cart doesn't have the same rear end. It does things traction wise that none of my other carts do....some kinda limited slip?

I purchased mine from Brads Golf Carts in North Carolina. Do a search and you should pull him up. The thing is really awesome as it now goes almost anywhere.
