Default Body Compatibility

Hello All! I have just got a new to me 1990 Club Car DS. The body is very banged up with broken pieces, holes etc. I would like to find a replacement body. What years of DS bodies will fit my CC DS? I would love to find one of the 2003+ bodies as they seem to have the best options for LED headlight packages. Thanks for the help!!

I just put an '04 DS body on an '82 DS.
No problem at all.

Everything fit just like it is supposed to.
I think the '02 and up cowl is a little "taller", but everything matched up perfectly.
The rear body takes a bit to get off...not simple like the Precedent

Is it all nuts and bolts, or does it have rivets etc? Thanks again.

It was all nuts and bolts. Either 6 or 8...can't remember.
Just look for anything holding the body.
Don't forget your charge receptacle and F/R switch!

^ What he said.
How many people don't take pics and then get on here wanting to know how to re-wire?
(Full disclosure...I was guilty of this in the past)

Is your body 'glass or plastic? Fiberglass is easily repairable, little messy but rebuildable. Plastic, not so much. Just in case another body is too expensive or hard to find.

Another option is to go with an aftermarket Double Take Spartan body.

These bolt right onto the DS frame, and come in multiple colors. If you are having to buy a new body, and then pay for a paint job this might be an alternative.
