Solonoid no clicky
New batteries..pack voltage is 38.1. Bypassed reed switch...30.2 volts one side of solenoid nothing at other side...30.2 volts at key switch....i had a cart last week that had the same problem and the rod that goes through the ITS has fell off and that fixed but this one has me stumped...thx

You are loosing 8v in the first battery cable. That indicates a bad cable or connection

Try changing the cable out?
