Connecting rods
Can someone tell me is it is possible to resize connection rods that do not use bearings?

Yes, it is possible to resize the rod. Although you should check the cost of new rods vs having your old ones resized. I would also want the old ones cracked checked. That would not guarantee that they would not fail in the future. IMOP resizing would be a something for a very budgeted build.

Just remember rods are cheap compared to ruined cranks or holed blocks if they fail.
