1. Which one are you asking about? The one with a blue nose has what looks like a Yamaha middle seat on it. The FNR lever looks to be under the front seat cushion.

2. The ine with green seats, if the photo sequence is right, has what appears to have a pre-mci twin cylinder EZGO 4 cycle engine.

3. Either one is likely to have hydraulic brakes which could be expensive to get in shape.

Green one...first pic was just what I could find online that looked like it. You are correct it has a mastercylinder and I'm not sure what the problem is. Whats something like this worth? Are the pre-mci good motors? Seems like I looked and it was 495cc or something but I could be wrong.

The Robin engines were 295cc and 350cc. There will be a tag on the cam belt cover with the engine size. Can't answer your other questions because I am not into those industrial carts. But they look fun.

Here's a manual but it's electric not gas. Can't find the gas one. See if this works

Looks like there is a hole in the console under the ebrake lever for a fnr shifter. Maybe someone modified it due to unavailability of correct cables, etc. It would be awesome with a big block swap, lift, and larger tires. But the hyd brakes would be an issue to deal with.

Yes you are correct about the shifter...believe they couldn't find the correct cable. I'm buying this monster today for $800...this thing is in really good shape...I think it was used in a factory...has no rust at all except a little surface rust on the muffler. This thing is slow off the line but really hauls *** when it's opened up. I'll post my findings and more pictures later tonight. Thx for all the info!
