2018 Yamaha IRS

Hello all
Looking to buy a 2018 Yamaha gas with Independent Rear Suspension. Any comments good or bad I would like to know B4 pulling the trigger. I'm buying stock and doing the mods.
I've spoken to a mechanic that the GC has and have had same Yamahas for 18-20 yrs and said no real problems to speak of but said he couldn't comment on the new(er) ones.

My ?s are.
Do all 2018 have IRS or are there Yamaha 18s without it?

6" lift kit, 12 or 14" tire preference

Any Issues at all.

The "ultra cheap fleet model" doesnt have it.
