Default G16 Engine

Looking to upgrade engine in a G16. Id like to upgrade to the G20 and looking for suggestions and sources. Ive entertained the bigbore idea. The cart is used primarily to haul tools and a small trailer around the yard.

G20 is just a stretch limo version of a G16, same engine as G16. Maybe your thinking of a G22 (which does have the 357cc engine. Externally, the your engine & the G22 engine look the same, bolt in the same, wire up the same.

You would get better "bang for the buck" doing clutch work & upgrading what you have.

My current engine is smoking and using oil so i think its time for an upgrade. I am indeed looking to upgrade to the 357cc engine

You should check out Plowman's Carts. They have a 402 high performance engine that will drop right in. Big power gains there.

Or you could drop a clone or Vegas engine in it, but its a little more involved, but certainly more power and brand new.
