I had received a few parts from Skoal82 in the past, maybe he will have something to get me up n running. I did PM him.

I was real surprised when I replaced the primary clutches moving sheave with one from a G29, my cart jumped and bucked like a bronco. It was to secondary which was grabbing the belt as it wobbled all around the input shaft. It is a mess. Measures 0.875 on inner and outer areas and 0.865 in the middle area, where the secondary sliding sheave moves. The inside of the sliding sheave has a bushing, not sure if it can be bought, but it is worn almost all the way thru on one side. No wonder the clutches have been messing up.

If I had access to a machine shop, I would weld up the input shaft and then turn it back to size. Or turn it undersized and make a bushing to press on and machine it to final diameter. But I left the machine shop about 10 yrs ago.
