I think the higher voltage is jacking with the ITS ..... I wanna go back out to the shop and try it on 32v .......later

No change on 32 volts .... ??? What am I doing wrong? Cart had NO wire harness except 4 wire harness from peddle box.... white and black to controller throttle and green power to micro and red power back out to the micros... Here is the stock diagram & Here is my wiring diagram. ( in a minute) What a strange problem?

what is the controller putting out at white wire..? you should have 1.5 volts on one side of the its... when you press the pedal the votage should rise from 0 to 1.5 going to the controller...

2 controllers tried, both bench pre-programmed. 3 ITS units tried, 2 solenoids, New F&R, New Ignition.
I got a headache, now...... Good night ... you guys keep looking at this and tell me what I'm doing wrong, okay

FWIW, my 05 TXT is an ITS system and the upgrade to 48 volts has not been any problem with the system thus far. Be happy to check measuring figures on it for a base you can compare your numbers against.

I did a similiar build but not 48v, but just asking, when I wired up mine the red wire from the ITS went to the solenoid and a seperate red wire to the controller from the solenoid, then of course black to pin 2 and white to pin 3. This is the only thing I see different in your drawing I am going to look at it again.

Ok looked at drawing again, I jumped a wire in the drawing
