Since a battery has water in it, I am just going to say that is will freeze at some point. I believe that a charged deep cell lead acid battery will freeze somewhere around -40 degrees fahrenheit.

Still the point of this thread it to determine your guys perferences in the different models of batteries.

Crown all the way.

Fully charge them, clean the tops, and place on a trickle charger over the winter. Batteries loose approximately .0001 SG/day and .01 V/week while sitting idle on a shelf. Throw in the extreme temps and that number drastically changes.
