Okay, with David's help it appears I have a bad relay on the charger. I'm a little upset that I have a problem already after only having the cart a couple of weeks but I'm happy it's the charger and not the cart or computer. What I'm very happy about is that this forum exists and there are people out there that are willing to help! Thanks!
