ezgo losing power
have a 2003 pds with 2009 batteries. under load test each batterie stayes at about 5.8. volt fully charged at batterie pack i have 38 volt. cart has freedom chip. it use to run up the hills at the golf course fine .till about a mounth ago now when she goes up the hill it runs very slowly like it is not going to make it. but when you get to flat ground runs fine. i change the controlor yesterday but still doing the same.
