Default 2004 Club car

Have a 48 volts Club car and the other day charged it up then when someone was ridding it they said it seemed to be going slow is this a sign of bad battery or maybe 2? the batteries are about 6 years old thanks for any help :)

yes it could be, 1st think is check voltage of each one check water level and load test...........go from there, it also wouldn,t hurt to check cables make sure they are clean, tight and in good condition...............
