Default 1990 marathon solenoid wiring

I have a 1990 Electric Marathon with two solenoids and have no idea how to wire them. Does anyone know how? Just go the cart and the previous owner destroyed the wiring.

Welcome to BGW!

You should only have 1 solenoid. Post a pic of what you got under the seat. Let us see what you are working with ....

now "FYI" for myself... I have a 92', same battery set-up, but what is the deal in the center behind the F/R(on mine) that is labeled "wiper" ? I re-built/rewired my whole cart thanks to this website and have not jumped into another cart....YET, I was just curious of the simple-short answer of the difference in his set-up and mine. I thought 90' and 92' 36v was about the same. Thanks

Wink Re: 1990 marathon solenoid wiring

1989 was the first year for the controller. My 1989 Marothone had a 275amp 36 volt controller.
