Default Re: 99 Club Car charger won't shut off

I make tracking devices, found that when the batteries got real low the unit did not shut down it just kept logging time and dates, hundreds of them. so It must have been shutting down and restarting. If the obc was doing the same thing it would reset the timeout timer and start over.

guess this is just a thought outloud

My 95 CC DS 48v is doing the same thing (charger still running after 12+ hours)
....just checked to see if it will move while charging, & it wont. (you can feel it try to move for an instant, but pedal goes dead immediately.)
My cables & possibly batteries, are in rough shape. I will clean the cables / test the batts & give a report.
