Did you disconnect your linkage for the F/R lever when you were working on it?

I had to disconnect it to install the HD Cam. Thanks to ScottyB, it does go in FWD and Reverse like it's supposed to, but my buzzer is on regardless if I'm in FWD or Reverse. Any ideas???

Check the action of the micros on the F/R cam. They should be riding in the valleys of the cam. Sounds like a micro is damaged.

You can disonnect the buzzer wire from the F/R switch. I don't like the noise so thats what I did.

GORNOMAN...I'm not getting the picture you are describing. ScottyB had me swap my B&D cables, and that fixed the FWD and RVS. You think the micro could have been damaged when I swapped the Cams?

I disconnected the buzzer to swap things while on the phone with ScottyB. But it shouldn't be going off when I connect it and it's in FWD, and it is. FWD and RVS.

On the front of the F/R switch there is a micro switch on either side. You can hear them click when you work the lever from forward to reverse.

One of these micros triggers the Reverse alarm (I don't remember which one it is):

If the micro rollers are not aligned with the cam properly, weird things can happen:

I don't hear a click when I move the switch, but I do see where it is pulling and releasing the pullies on each one when I go back and forth. Could they have been messed up when I installed the Cam with the Silver bar on top instead of the bottom??
