Default First time electric cart owner

I am new owner of 1984 ez go 3wheel cart. The cart worked good when parked about 5years ago. We put used batteries in it and it will not do anything, no clicks or anything. Is there anyway to trouble shoot to see what is wrong? Any tips or ideas will be greatly appreciated! Not much of a budget, trying to give the kids something to play around with! Thanks

What voltage is the cart?

What is the voltage of the battery pack using a meter?

Might post some pics of the cart and the wiring so others know what you are dealing with.

I figured it out, thanks! It is a 36 volt. I am getting about 30volts.

Hope you didn't pay anything for the used batteries?
