Default 1996 Club Car Electric Cart

I am at a loss trying to find out how to get the cart going.
The batteries are great.
When I step on the pedal all I here is the solenoid click.
I am not sure where to go from here

I am not sure how this works also my email address is bccbanq@rochester.rr.com

Jack the rear end up in the air. Have someone push the go pedal, with the key on and the F-N-R switch in Forward or Reverse. After you hear the click, take a wrench or screwdriver or something, and short across the large lugs on the solenoid. Be careful, the tool can get hot, and will spark.

Did the wheels spin? Then you've got a bad solenoid.

When I plug in the cart the battery charger clicks and reads 10 amps.

In the morning the battery gauge in the dash says only half charged what should I look for?

Did you get the cart running from your first post? That will change your approach to testing batteries...

Check the individual voltage of each battery, several hours after charging.

Check the overall pack voltage, several hours after charging.

Check the specific gravity of the electrolyte in every cell of any battery that reads low.

Check the overall pack voltage as you go full throttle up a moderate hill. (this assumes you now have the cart running).

Compare the readings you get to this chart, or post up the numbers here and the experts can give you an opinion:
