2000 club car obc not working
I bought a CC DS and was told the OBC was bad. You could still charge but the charger wouldn't cut off so I put a new OBC on. Now the charger cuts on and off almost like it is shorting out and when you try to drive the cart it takes about 5 seconds before it will go. The company told me I wired it up wrong but when I put the old one on it drives fine and will charge but not cut off as before. Need some help figuring out what could possibly be wrong.

did you get the exact OBC? new one had exact same wires and connections that old one had?...................................

Yes all of the wires were the same with none left over. I also cross refrenced the lester part number and the OEM number, along with checked with the people I ordered it from. I also checked a wiring diagram and everthing checks out.

The computer does not look the same but according to their book it should work....
