I'm not the expert and maybe Crash will answer up but in theory, the concept is the same. As long as you have a 48 to 12 converter.

yes hook the + 48v reducer wire to key... it would be the blue wire on the key switch on the 99 cc 48v

I have my 48V converter wired through my key switch. However, my converter has a trigger wire and that is the one wired to my switch.

4 wire converter (no trigger) hooked up to the blue and working perfectly. Thanks again CTD and team.
