The way I read the schematic is both come from the controller. Whether one is always "live" and the other switched is unknown, since it's sourced from the controller. I does appear to me that it has two + sources - one from the run/tow, and one from the solenoid.

From the diagram, the - of the buzzer is switched by the controller. The + is a constant hot not from the switch.

Hummm, so it can be an issue from either source -- key switch or controller. I wonder if shooting a little WD 40 into the key switch might clean it out? I don't have contact spray.

You're right. I missed connection 820. Kinda small on my laptop.

Power is not coming from the switch so probably won't help.

OK, and probably a bad idea anyway.

It wouldn't hurt it but probably wouldn't help either. If you hear the solenoid click in when you switch to reverse the key switch is probably working as it should.

RXV experts, correct me if this is a bad idea.

Place run/tow in tow, unplug the large plug in the middle of the schematic and reseat it. Beyond that, ???

That's after you get voltage readings at beeper both when it's normal and when it's quiet.

Solenoid functions properly. Yurtle, when you say "large plug in the middle of the schematic" what are you referring to? This is clearly an oddball problem. The common issue seems to be heat or current related as it starts off fine in the morning and shows up after 10-20 minutes of run time. Sounds very much like a loose connection or one of those gremlins that confound you.

This would be the plug with the most wires on the controller. Often removing and reseating a plug will correct a loose connection. Often these could change to either get better or worse as the controller heats and cools. However, it's a long shot, and I'd like someone to confirm that this won't fry something.
