Default EZGO Marathon Potetiometer

I have a 1992 Marathon that will take off and run untill you hit a grade or try push all the way down on foot pedal, it will stall, let up to half throttle it will
pickup and run. Can I adjust the "Pot" ? If so what are the limits? Batteries are up, 37.47V, solenoid clicks has good power untill you get to a grade or try to run top speed.

The proper pot output is 0-5000 (0-5k) ohms Ω

Follow these instruction and make small adjustments with the meter plugged into the output wire.

Potentiometer adjustment

to adjust low end. Loosen the arm clamp nut, Turn the potentiometer adjustment screw very slightly counterclockwise. and tighten the clamp. It is best to do this with a ohm meter plugged into the 2 out wires. just remove them from the control and plug your tester into them.

my cart did the same thing years ago, and it was that the pot was worn out. It was cheap to replace it :)
