2002 CC DS IQ Reverse Only

So I had my 2002 lifted Club Car DS IQ 48 volt electric cart painted and I put it back together and it would start to lunge forward when I pressed gas pedal but not move. Solenoid clicks, Battery pack reads 49.7 each battery reads 8.2. The charger clicks on and hums but wasn't charging and the battery light on the dash was flashing periodically. I tested plug throngs and it read 36.6 i then checked cords going back to battery the positive going to Battery #6 on passenger side was loose replaced tip and plug reads 48.8 now.

After I fixed voltage to plug on cart With rear tires raised on lift it goes in Reverse while both in Forward and reverse(it really hauls *** lifted off the ground, when I put it down not so much). I replaced the F/R switch with a different one that was working on a different cart two weeks ago. If I lower the cart the engine shudders and goes in reverse but very slowly creaps along.

I need help.
