Forward to Reverse
Hopefully this will get a quick answer. My 03 TXT with gas motor, when switching from forward to reverse or vice versa, sometimes it acts like it doesn't engage, then barks into gear real hard. I pulled the seat up and noticed the switch on the transaxle case doesn't move right away when switching gears. I rocked the cart back and forth when I put it in forward and it finally clicked. can you tighten that cable, or should I put something like lithium grease on it?

Re: Forward to Reverse
Is there a nut on both ends to adjust or just one side?

Re: Forward to Reverse
there are 2 spots that can be adjusted
the one near the front at the f/r switch is where i adjusted mine there are 2 jam nuts you can loosen them and move the cable to where it engages the gears |
