Default Robin 295 engine

I Over hauled robin 395 engine, put in new coil, pulsar, plugs, compression is 90 - 100 and spark fire looks ok, motor runs good when cold or warm, when driving around for 5 - 10 minutes it will really heat up and stop running until it will cool off. what could be the problem. It will still make fire and have compression when hot.

That is terrible compression. You should be above 150.

1 check fan is pulling air and air flow is not obstructed

2 check timing, if timing is off that can create heat and loss of compression.

3 does muffler flow good?

4 is engine trying to lock up

If you rebuilt the engine and only have 100 psi compression, there is an issue.
