There’s a drain plug, and a fill plug at the top. 75w 90 gear oil works well.

A Dremel tool works for the lights, even though I prefer a jigsaw. Much easier to control. Just start with a drilled hole and insert the jigsaw blade.

G19e has no level plug "halfway up". 305cc is the proper amount. If it's all greasy outside, assume it's low. The rubber plug in the pan will give you some idea.

I use a rotozip with a sewing machine pedal for speed control, best ever.

Thanks for the correction. That is a great idea with the pedal.

I got the pedal idea from my brother, who had one on his Dremel. Now I have one on my Dremel too. The pedal I got on eBay for like $12.

The tile bit works well. The spiral bit works too, but makes the biggest mess you ever seen.
