Yamaha charger wont work
I have a 2013 Yamaha 48 volt golf cart and the charger wont work. When you first plug the charger to electricty all the lights come on very quick and then they all go off. Not even the power light stays on. I borrowed another charger and fully charged my cart but my charger still doesnt work. Any suggestions before buying a new charger?

There are no service parts available for that model besides AC cord & DC cord. You can open it up to check for obvious, easy to fix problems like loose connections. If that gets you nothing, get a new charger. That charger is a "throwaway", no parts, nor is it worth sinking much $ into. If you find smoked electronic components inside (mosfets, capacitors), the possibility of repair is 50/50, you may solder new parts in, just to have them immediately smoke again.

Any Smart charger should work:
Yewy 1200z Lester Summit II DPI Gen IV are all good |
