2004 ez-go workhorse
i've got this golf cart that im just tired of trying to get it to run so my question is how difficult and how much dinero would it be to put a bigger and different type of engine in this thing

Depends upon your skills ..... CPP sells turn key kits
Check them out on our sponsor page.... or find a used motor and hook it up...... like I said it really depends upon your budget and skills |

You can find a rebuilt for your cart for 6-700 with a core exchange. Or, like Scotty said CPP has a complete kit.
I bought a Honda 20 and put it in my workhorse, I love it! By the time I bought all the parts to get it in and running right, I'm real close to what it cost for the complete kit from CPP. |

i found a 2005 polaris trail boss that has 50 hrs on it . a truck hit it the front of it from the handle bars back its in good condition 300 bucks for the whole thing thinking about putting that in it engin and rearend what do you think is it worth the time or should i just get the kit from cpp.

They're two different animals. If you go with the ATV you will be doing a lot of fab work. If you buy the kit, you'll be bolting everything together.
If you've got the skills and time, the ATV running gear would be fun |
