Looking to buy 2002 EZ Go
I'm going to look at a 2002 EZ Go gas. Is there a list of things I should be checking? This will be my first golf cart & do not want a lemmon.
Compression test? Belts? Tires? Check the oil? Thanks, Brad |

Yes, I would say all that you listed. Most of them do get abused coming from golf courses unless it is one that an individual purchased and took care of it.

Re: Looking to buy 2002 EZ Go
I'd add valves (primarily the intakes are the ones that wear . . . pop the valve cover, adjust valves and if more than 3 threads are showing your close to a valve job), starter brushes and the secondary clutch to the list (twist the 2 halves in opposite direction - one forward to the car and the other rearward - then release . . . they should snap back in to place sharply.
