Think I would check the total length of that all thread out to the first nut, then buy a new Grade 5 or 8 the same length.......

I would get rid of the antiseize, if that bolt loosens at all the clutch will spin....anyone else think it should be a dry fit between the clutch and shaft? Just pondering, not slamming

Now that I know exactly how long the bolt needs to be according to the threaded rod I installed, maybe I can find a grade 5 or grade 8 bolt to put in its place. Wonder if it will back out though? Now I just need to find more power to turn the huge whels I put on this cart!

A raging argument among sled heads about dry fit or never seize.
I put a smear on the shaft and then put the clutch on, press it
and spin it, remove it and wipe the shaft clean. That leaves a
small amount in the taper and helps in future removal.

Just seems to me that is why the make a puller, if it was suposed to come off easy they would key it.

I removed as much of the anti-seize as I could. Seems like it would be a good idea, given my problem.
