Default EZ-Go four stroke rebuild kit

Where can I get the gaskets and parts to re-build a EZ-Go four stroke? It is the 295cc in a 99 model TXT. Compression is low and I may need rings and bearings.

I'm sure you've checked valve lash.... Might save you a buck or two. These motors are notorious for pulling the intake valve up.

Ronnie, like Ez go go said. We've done 2 here in the hood and the lash was pretty whacked.
Otherwise, Scottyb, Mikes Motor Toys, Cart Parts Plus, etc. can all help ya with what ya need to rebuild the top end.

Sorry if I step on anybody's toes here. Don't mean to hi-jack a thread!

What I believe Ez Go Go is saying is that the intake valve wears down around the seat and eventually the valve gets sucked into the head. the valve gets so thin on the seat of the valve and sometimes it will bust the lip off and it lands on the piston and sometimes the stem breaks and you have some major damage!

I just currently finished rebuliding my 295 and if I get some spare time this wknd I Really need to upload some pictures. My intakes were just getting ready to suck up in the head! I was very lucky!

Their are some really good sight sponsors with some really good parts here for you. I purchased my kit through buggiesunlimited and I think the kit was fairly good, but thought they left out a few parts for the actual rebuild.

Good luck on the rebuild!!

Please feel free to explain it better or correct me if Im wrong Ez Go Go!
