Default Starter ground wire size?

Lifted the cart and riiiip, starter ground wasn't long enough. Does anyone know what gauge I need to order a longer piece?
Thanks

The braided ground that attaches to the cross-member above the starter right?
Auto parts stores usually have a few different sizes of them. Look for a Ground Strap.
I dunno what size it is, but most of them will be big enough.

You could also make one from 6 gauge or 8 gauge wire. Parts stores usually have several pre-made battery cables in various lengths that will work. It's often better to use a strap though because the engine moves separately from the body/frame, so it needs to be very flexible.

Thanks I was just looking at the grounding straps they have at AutoZone. I'll grab one of those.
Thanks!
(I wish the lift instructions mentioned that lol)
