Rear seat
What is the max weight with a stock 2006 Club car that can be on the rear without having to add heavey duty support i was told 450 can use stock if going to have more then need to upgrade

What heavy duty support? You mean HD leafsprings? Any addition to a golf cart should get springs IMO...

I agree, The seat and 2 adult passengers will easily exceed 450 pounds ....
