EZ GO Marathon - 4 stroke has spark and fuel but wont start

Hello, I have an EZ Go Marathon that was running good and just stopped....prior to it stopping I had installed a re manf carb, new plugs, fresh oil and belts. I was doing some maintenance prior to the start of racing season. That being said my kids have driven it around the last 2 weeks with no issues and then all of a sudden it just stooped running.

Here is a list of things that I have checked;
Pulled the fuel line at the carb, cranked and there is fuel
Checked the compression - plus 130 in both
Pulled the plugs, grounded them and there is visible spark
Any suggestions???

I would start with the carburetor give it a good cleaning and check what kind of shape the float valve is in.
