I was changing the seals on my g1 and this is the fan side seal .....

Duct tape will fix most but not this and i wondered why it wouldn't crank |

That looks like typical bearing failure! might want to check that while your there.

bearings are fine ... the seal had been spinning... air started leaking... the hole is from the gigantic backfire...lol

Wow.. That seal is destroyed. When you change it the cart will run like new. Good luck with it.
