Default yamaha g22e drove then went dead

hi everyone. i have a yamaha g22e (ju2-109168 i think) it has new batteries. it worked fine for a while other than seemed slow (i think thats just how the g22e are). i drove it to a friends then when i went to leave, it wouldnt do anything. roughly 50v across all batteries. fuses all good. 50v on both sides of solenoid. 50v on both sides of tow switch. 50v from both wires to the motor from controller. however nothing from field coil connection. is this a normal reading on these? im trying to figure out if its the motor or controller but this is my first cart. its got a ge controller pn ic3645sh4v262y1 customer ju2-h6510-00. any thought are greatly accepted.

If no reverse buzzer, and no click when cart is pushed around, probably bad controller. But it could be bad tow/run switch, or blown fuse at the controller.

Figured I'd post an update...

It was VERY cold here when this happened around 25 below with wind chill.
I had brought it inside to work on it and reset the controller, etc.

I reset it but no luck. I gave up on it and let it sit in my heated warehouse
overnight. On a whim I tried it that morning and it worked fine.

I used it to grab the mail and all seemed well.

I parked it in my garage, it was COLD in there and in the following morning it
once again would not move.

That cold snap is now over and it's been working fine without issue.

I still have no idea what was wrong but it must be related to the VERY cold weather we've been having here in Michigan.
